Do I need a credit card to start the ProjectHindsight trial?+
No. The 30-day free trial gives you full Premium-tier access with no credit card required. You can invite your team, upload documents and explore every feature before deciding whether to continue.
What is the ConditionIQ pilot and who qualifies?+
The ConditionIQ pilot offers complimentary access to the full Standard tier for qualifying infrastructure operators across any of our six sectors — Water, Rail, Highways, NHS, Energy or Aviation. We are taking a limited number of pilot customers to validate the platform in live operational conditions. Contact us to discuss whether your organisation qualifies.
Where is our data stored? Can we keep it in the UK?+
Yes. Both platforms are UK-hosted. ProjectHindsight runs on Azure UK South. ConditionIQ runs on Vercel (LHR1) with Neon PostgreSQL (eu-west-2). All data stays in the UK and is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
Is a Data Processing Agreement available?+
Yes. A signed DPA is available for all paid plans. It is included automatically for Enterprise engagements. Contact us to request one for Standard or Professional tiers.
How does the AI work — and who controls the outputs?+
Both platforms use Anthropic's Claude (claude-sonnet-4-6) to assist with extraction and assessment. In ProjectHindsight, AI extracts lesson candidates — your engineer reviews and approves every one before it enters the knowledge base. In ConditionIQ, AI proposes condition grades — your engineer reviews and approves every grade. No AI output goes live without human sign-off. We are explicit about this on every report in line with EU AI Act Article 50.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no exit fees. Annual plans are discounted — contact us to discuss your options. We would always rather lose a subscription gracefully than hold a customer who is not seeing value.
